Welcome Hanna McDonald and Anna Robertson
Pierce Couch is pleased to welcome two new associates, Hanna McDonald and Anna Robertson, to the firm.
Both Hanna and Anna are Oklahoma natives and graduates of Oklahoma City University School of Law, bringing strong academic backgrounds and valuable experience within Oklahoma’s legal system to their new roles at Pierce Couch.
Meet Hanna McDonald
Hanna McDonald was born and raised in Yukon, Oklahoma. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Southern Nazarene University in 2021. After completing her undergraduate studies, Hanna spent two years working in the legal field before attending Oklahoma City University School of Law.
During law school, Hanna was a member of the Oklahoma City University Law Review and the Organization for the Advancement of Women in Law. She also gained valuable experience outside the classroom, serving as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Sharon Byers and as a legal intern with the Canadian County District Attorney’s Office.
Hanna earned her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2026, where she was named to the Dean’s List. She is admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma.

Meet Anna Robertson
Anna Robertson was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in History from the University of Oklahoma in 2023 before attending Oklahoma City University School of Law.
While at OCU Law, Anna served as Managing Editor of the Law Review and Vice Magister of Phi Delta Phi. She also volunteered as a Student Advisor and competed as a member of the National Moot Court Team.
Anna further developed her legal experience through Oklahoma’s appellate courts, serving as a judicial extern for the Honorable Justice Gurich of the Oklahoma Supreme Court and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Rowland of the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals.
Anna graduated cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2026 and is admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma.
