USLAW Network Spring Conference

Pierce Couch lawyers attended USLAW Network’s annual Spring Conference last week in Miami, Florida. Pictured are Partners Jessica Dark, Jerry Green, Hailey Hopper, and John Lennon, along with Kelsey Lennon.

Jessica Dark is the Secretary of the Future USLAW Leaders section and facilitated the Courtroom Academy which focused on Jury Focus Groups. Hailey Hopper is the Education Coordinator of the Retail & Hospitality section and participated in discussions on spoliation issues and identifying risks and hazards. John Lennon facilitated a discussion with the Insurance Law section regarding Defending Claims Under a Reservation of Rights.
