USLaw Transportation Industry Summer Legal Forum

Attorney Jake Pipinich recently attended the USLaw Transportation Industry Summer Legal Forum in Ashville, NC at the Biltmore Estate and Hotel on behalf of the Pierce Couch Hendrickson Baysinger & Green, LLP Transportation and Logistics practice group. The seminar featured national plaintiff attorneys discussing contemporary issues in catastrophic trucking accident cases, accident reconstructionist use and deployment in both high and low impact accident cases and issues facing the trucking and transportation industry in general. The backdrop of the meeting was the beautiful Biltmore estate and included authentic Carolina BBQ, wine-parings, kayaking and trap shooting on the 8000 acre property.
