Carson Smith was born and raised in Oklahoma City and has extensive experience in a wide spectrum of defense litigation fields. During his 14 years of practice, he has successfully handled matters including those of civil rights, transportation, products liability, medical malpractice, uninsured motorist, insurance coverage matters, and premises liability, among others. After practicing at other defense law firms, Carson joined Pierce Couch in 2014 and made partner in 2019.
In his spare time, Carson enjoys reading 19th and early 20th century poetry and American fiction. He is a sports fan who ardently roots for and is overly critical of area college and pro sports teams.
