Jessica L. Dark is a litigation attorney whose practice is primarily devoted to civil rights and governmental liability, as well as employment law. Jessica graduated from Westmoore High School and attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University, and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Political Science in the fall of 2008.
At the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Jessica served as President of the Oklahoma Advancement for Women in the Law and was a member of the American Indian Law Review. She worked as a law clerk at Pierce Couch from May 2010 until September 2012, when she was sworn in as a licensed attorney in the State of Oklahoma.
Jessica is an active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Inn of Courts. She was named Outstanding Team Leader in 2015 and 2017 by the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Inn of Courts and was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2016 and 2017.
Jessica lives in midtown Oklahoma City with her husband, Andy, and labradoodle, Bear.
