Malinda was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on February 2, 1966. She enjoys participating in volunteer activities and fund raising for the American Red Cross and the American Cancer Society. She also enjoys golf and tennis in her spare time.

Prior to joining Pierce Couch Hendrickson Baysinger & Green, LLP, in 2000, Malinda also worked at Best & Sharp, Saint Francis Health System, and Richards & Connor in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
