Heath joined the law firm of Pierce, Couch, Hendrickson, Baysinger & Green in December 2005. Prior to joining the firm, Heath worked for Best & Sharp and McGivern, Gilliard & Curthoys. His practice has been almost exclusively limited to civil litigation, primarily in the fields of medical malpractice defense, civil rights defense, and insurance defense. In addition, Heath has handled insurance coverage issues by providing coverage opinions to insurance companies and by representing insurance carriers in coverage-related litigation. Finally, he has experience in cases involving allegations of bad faith on behalf of insurance carriers.

Heath is a member of the Hudson-Hall-Wheaton Inn of the American Inns of Court.
